I'm with Harvard Law student Ben Shapiro who says "the vaunted Republican Congress turned out to be all hat, no cattle" in his latest column:
What happens next? A return to conservatism for the new Republican minority - a minority that is only a minority because it abandoned conservatism to begin with. Don't expect Congress to remain Democratic for long. Americans put the Republican Party in the repair shop. When it emerges, it will be stronger for its foray into minority status.I'm also with trembling Doug Patton...
...it is increasingly difficult to see a bright spot in a future that includes human cloning, gay marriage, continued abortion on demand and an open border policy that threatens to erase our national sovereignty.Fight for a conservative rebound.
In the words of Jefferson, I tremble for my country.
Update: More stupidity. Michelle agrees. Steele would have been great!
