The "culture of corruption" still stands as the key to the Dems regaining power...
...or at least so they must think.
Always interesting to check out what they're up to over at the DNC.
They're still beating this "culture of corruption" mantra to death. With Jefferson and Reid in the news for their own misdoings, it seems pretty unlikely that it will play well with the masses.
Want to point to Duke Cunningham? At least he showed remorse. What is Jefferson doing? What did Clinton do? Oh, right. It's Delay who's the example...except it will be shown that he's innocent. Guilty of partisanship (a good thing by the way), but innocent.
The "culture of corruption" crowd needs to look in the mirror.
The big two topics today: the Estate Tax, "which would have handed the wealthiest Americans a windfall of nearly $1 trillion over the next 10 years", and Al Gore who is "demonstrating courage and moral clarity in face of right wing attacks."
What a joke.
